2. Cattle sell during the auction in the SAME ORDER as they appear in the catalog. We won't be handing out any sale order sheets at the last minute, you've already got it! Plus, each pen and individual's exact display locations are completely listed on the inside back cover of your catalog. It's all planned in advance to make it easy for you!

3. You'll notice we include sire and dam EPDs on all lots...we want you to have all the data which can help you make your decisions. As always, we have FREE American Angus Association Sire Evaluation Reports available for you.

4. All cattle selling are fully insured at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer - and WE PAY THE BILL! Coverage is for 30 days or until they reach your place. If you wish, you may visit with Jerry Gay of Memphis, Tennessee at the sale to extend your insurance beyond what we have purchased for you. We highly recommend Jerry and all the folks at American Livestock Insurance and Harding and Harding, Geneva, Illinois.

5. You may change the name of any animal selling in the sale...provided you have permission from the owner who named it and that the name change qualifies with AAA rules. Talk to Mary Ann about name changin', she'll help you get it all straight!

Belle Point Safe in Calf Guarantee- Females which are guaranteed safe in calf at time of sale are guaranteed to have a calf alive or not alive on our stated expected date of calving to the sire we have noted.

Belle Point Semen Rights- Belle Point retains the right to 100 straws of semen per year at the cost of production on any bull sold in this sale, born or unborn. A.I. certificates at American Angus Assn. cost.
